Cooktop is ever so slightly small for benchtop cutout. Looking to either have a 2nd white trim piece installed on the right side to match gas cooktop, or have the current one removed and 2 new similar sized trim kit pieces installed (white). Without 2 in place the cooktop falls through the large cutout (right side), as the old cooktop was a 70cm (roughly) older model. Once installed will need to have the gas cooktop rubber seal reattached. Looking to get someone to help with sorting this out.

My current setup is shown in the photos: I have a freestanding gas cooktop and an electric oven. I'm not sure whether my existing range hood is ducted or recirculating. I asked ChatGPT based on the photos, and it suggested that it might be a recirculating model. However, I also noticed a small vent on the outside wall that seems to line up with the cooktop area, so now I'm not sure.
