Samsung French Door Refrigerator – Fridge Not Cooling Looking for an experienced fridge/appliance technician to inspect and repair a Samsung French door refrigerator. Issue: * Fridge compartment is not cooling properly and is currently sitting at around 13°C (confirmed by an independent thermometer - around 9-10°C). * Freezer compartment appears to be working normally. * Problem started 2 days ago. * Have already tried turning the fridge off and on again, as well as resetting the temperature settings, with no improvement. * The fridge has also had a long-term issue with water pooling underneath the fruit and vegetable drawers. My Samsung Fridge temperature has recently been increasing to about 16 or 17 degrees. It initially started a couple of weeks ago where I could hear the fan spin and hit frozen ice. That has now stopped. Upon further research it may need a good clean on the inside as ice may be constantly melting but the water isn’t escaping/evaporating.
