Installation of 4 x Cat5e Ethernet cables for our commercial site in Darlinghurst. Requires going through floor, to basement location for one printer. All other printers located within 10m of modem. Previous experience in sparky / electrical preferred. I’ve left this rather skinny on details as I’m not a sparky, but can & will answer any questions if you need further information.

Asko dishwasher DFI643.AU Currently displaying error F54 - Overfilling water 2. I've looked into it and it's probably just an o-ring leaking into the bottom tray setting off the leak sensor. After turning on the dishwasher at the power point, the wastewater pump starts up and the unit starts beeping with the F54 error. I'm not an early riser, so would prefer after 12pm. I have some other plumbing things that could be looked at, so a registered plumber would be a plus. The shutoff valve for the dishwasher water supply has ceased to work and may be leaking, and I have a toilet that has started to leak water from the bottom - I'm assuming it's the flange underneath that needs replacing. (Of course I'd be paying extra for those things - would be good to get a quote while you're here).

My dryer is currently resting on top of my front load washing machine. I need the dryer to be mounted onto the wall. You will need to supply brackets. It is a 4 kilo dryer.

(This might include a trip to Bunnings but unsure yet whether it’s easily fixable or needs a new part) Washing machine showing error E03 Means it’s unable to drain the water properly? I tried to unplug the thing at the front to clear out any blockages but water doesn’t stop rushing out. Might need a new back of the hose I’m unsure

My dishwasher drain is clogged

We have a copper exhaust above the stove area that was installed 3 years ago. It must have grease accumulated in there. It’s only about 2 meters long. Need someone who is handy enough to dismantle and clean the grease that’s accumulated in there and then put it back together. Because the grease that is in there is dropping over the sink and it’s turned green due to the pipe being made of copper. Photos will be uploaded shortly.

After putting soap the machine stopped turning working. Doesn’t turn on

Supply and replace electric hot water system, 50 litres tank any brand will do. The water tank is mounted in the light well wall, can be accessed from the kitchen window. We need to remove the old bottom F&P dish drawer and install a new one. The cabinet width is very tight. Will need someone who is a practical handy man type person as well as understanding how to do the water and electric connection. - Due date: Flexible

The shower head is brand new, when we attached the arm to the fitting in the wall and turn it, it seems to not end up in the right place. It’s sideways. If we leave it loose, and right way up water leaks, if we cadre it all the way it only goes to the side Laundry waste leaking , Need fixed asap
