Error message 4 wont run probable blockage

The tumbler has stopped working on my 2022 Aldi condenser dryer unit. Unit turns on and heats but doesn’t spin on its own. Looking for an appliance service technician to assess and repair. Will pay for any parts needed.

Open to negotiating price. The button on the wall that moves the roller door is no longer working. Could I please get this fixed or get a remote control as a replacement to move the roller
