Kitchen cabinet door hinges to be fixed

1. Two focus lights need to be replaced. One in the backyard and one top of garage. I have already purchased the lights with the same spec as the current one. Same with door lock. The current door lock is broken. Need to be replaced with a new one. I have already purchased the same lock.
