The garage door chain came off the rail. I tried to put it back on, but it slipped off again during testing and the door won’t open. It may be caused by: • Chain tension not adjusted correctly (tensioner issue) • Front wall bracket becoming loose or misaligned Need someone to inspect, reattach the chain properly, re-tension it, and secure the front bracket. Motor brand: BOSS BOL4 Photos of the current setup are attached for reference Happy to adjust the budget slightly after inspection if extra work is needed.

The door had become stuck and wouldn’t open due to misalignment. I had to shoulder it open, which caused the door to come off its hinges. The frame may also be slightly damaged from the force used.
