Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair my remote-controlled garage roller door (Merlin brand, approx. 20+ years old) in Ascot. Someone reversed into it, and the bottom section has been pushed in. The door has also come off its tracks on one side. I’ve attached a couple of photos showing the damage. The door itself still looks mostly intact apart from that lower section. My dog has separation anxiety and upon moving into a new place he has damaged the skirting of the door and the bottom of the door itself trying to get out. This has now calmed down and it has been requested by property manager this is replaced immediately. Looking for someone to repair or replace the door and the frame as damage seen in photos. The barn door no longer slides smoothly and the base stop/guide has shifted. The base guide likely needs to be replaced and/or the groves on the base of the door trimmed? It’s as though the door now sits on the carpet. Have tried readjusting but it doesn’t last long.

Have a rental inspection coming up and have some holes and dents in the walls that need to be repaired. All are pretty minor holes/dents, but do need repairs on a hole in wooden bathroom door and a crack/scuff on bedroom door also.

Door 1: Master Bedroom Need a door handle replaced with one I can lock with a key. Preference would be for you to pick up a suitable handle for me or give recommendation of what one would suit best. Door 2: Main Bathroom Door is slightly hanging down and not closing fully, needing this rectified. I am a FIFO working returning to work at 11am Monday morning, preference would be to get these repairs carried out before I leave.
