The roller door was making a horrible shrieking noise so I re-greased the spring with Wurth HHS2000 and that fixed that problem but the door tends to get stuck from time to time and needs to be opened and closed a couple of times. I think it might just be an alignment issue so it would be great to get someone to have a look at it for me.
