Party setup- dining tables, food tables. Cake and gift tables. New to airtasker I thought a team would be performing the required tasks. Set up must be completed before the party starts. Payment of $500 to 1 person for 4hrs of service is a bit excessive. Here is the schedule: Following the 4hr window indicated above, the first 2hrs would involve setting up the tables (tablecloths, runners, place settings, table backdrops and balloon stands). I intend to have décor done prior and tables just need to be set up as per my pictures. The 2nd 2 hrs will serve as an assistant (being my communication contact with bartender, food wait staff, DJ, Photo Booth attendant) helping me insure all stations are set up and ready for the party. Set up is 2-4pm. Dinner buffet will be open for guests at 4:30pm.Wait staff will set up chaffing dishes and man food stations. Same for bartender for her station. I have edited the payment to $250 and will accept counter offers. Thank you for your understanding and look forward to hearing from all interested parties.
