We're hosting a small house party in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn (11221) on Saturday, October 24, for about 30 guests. Looking for a reliable event helper for the evening. Shift is about 5pm to 11pm, setup through cleanup (5-6 hours). Need help with: - Keeping food trays warm and refilling items as needed - Refreshing ice and restocking drinks - Managing trash and clearing used plates and glasses - Helping guests find the bathroom and answering basic questions - Staying through clean-up and helping pack up rental items Good to know: - Must be 21+ (you'll be handling alcohol) - Dress is all black - Event, catering, or hospitality experience is a plus. Task description We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Tasker to help us bring an exciting event to life at Inn Cahoots in Austin, Texas! We’re celebrating everything that makes Austin beautiful, unique, weird and perfect for motorsport — bringing together the city’s incredible culture, creativity and personality for a one-of-a-kind experience. We need an extra set of hands to help everything run smoothly before, during and after the event. What you’ll be helping with: Assisting with event setup, styling and bump-in Moving furniture, equipment and event materials as needed Helping set up signage, decorations and activations Assisting with general event logistics and keeping everything organised Helping the team during the event with any ad hoc tasks Assisting with pack-down at the end of the event What we’re looking for: Someone reliable, proactive and happy to roll up their sleeves A positive, can-do attitude and great attention to detail Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Previous event experience is a bonus, but not essential Location: Inn Cahoots, Austin, Texas Date: Wednesday 21st October, 2026 Time: 10am - 6pm If you’re a hands-on person who loves being part of bringing an event to life, we’d love your help!
