It's a book launch event. They would need to be there from 6:30-9:30. Help set up the food trays, cups, plates, and utensils. The event runs from 7-9 pm. During the event, remove empty cups/bottles/plates and restock food trays. after the event, help tidy up.

Hello, My father passed and we are organizing a celebration of life for February 20th (service 10AM - 11AM; reception 1PM - 3PM). We are needing help with setup decor for the memorial services at 9AM, escorting people in (doors open at 9:30AM and out at the end of the memorial service (start 10:00AM - end 11:00AM). Then begin setup for the reception, decor and table settings, meet the caterer and put out food, welcome people when they come in for reception (start 1:00PM), help with making sure everyone is okay. Help escort people out at 3:15PM and finish cleanup and be out by 4pm. I am still finalizing the timings. but this is pretty close. Last time I didn't have any one to help for my mom and it was really hard so I am looking for someone to help me.
