Hello! I am a private chef catering a birthday dinner for about 30-40 people on Thursday May 15h. The event starts at 8pm but we would like 1 person there earlier to help with food prep clean up in the kitchen as we get all the food ready for service. The event will most likely go from 8pm - 1am, at which point we would like 2 cleaners to help with washing dishes, glassware, all cooking equipment, and general tidiness of any small spills on floors, table tops, etc. The majority of dinnerware, glassware and cutlery will be rentals, so will just need a rinse, but the platters and all kitchen equipment like pots, pans, cutting boards, etc will need to be washed in the kitchen. And just ensure that trash is taken out, any boxes broken down, and all linen collected in a bag for the wash (which will be done the following day). Thank you!

They want an entrance sign and poster board , they want a backdrop for photos, and they want to transform the office space into a scene in the Clouds with uplights, fairy lights, and cotton-like material around the hanging lights. Their budget for this part of the service is $3k minimum and potentially can go a bit higher.
