When pulling off a baby proofing door stopper the door damaged and some chipped off

Hi all Looking for help for two things: 1. The door lock for the bedroom door. It was loosen. I tried to unscrew it but failed to take that out so I don’t know what is the issue. Feels like it is something to do with the latch. See some pictures attached as well as a video. 2. Issue with a light bulb. I was using a MR16 and a previous electrician came and recommend to use a GU10 instead. He did some work to help changing a few but then realised the GU10 couldn’t fit into the ceiling hole. I need help to fix it. Either change it back to the wiring of MR16 or etc. also see attached picture. Thank you.

I'm trying to find someone to replace/fix the hinge on a tilt/turn window. It has come off the hinge and is currently being propped up to avoid it coming off the frame completely. London e14. 7th floor flat. Pics attached I'd like someone to go out and fix it urgently. It might require new parts but if the part is not available or will take too long to arrive some alternative fix/replacement hinge mechanism. Note that I expect someone to go out and give a free quote. If they can fix it there and then, great, but it's possible you will need to go back with parts, quote for parts etc and therefore I'm not paying for someone to go out and tell me they can't fix it.

Key scratch mark on a wooden door

The handler of my tilt-and-turn door is jammed. at the moment the door is in tilt position and can’t be closed properly (and we also can’t turn the handler down to open the door fully to access outer space). Suspect it is to do with the chain / mechanism. Need an expert to fix it.
