I have two windows that are not closing correctly and are in need of maintenance.

Three internal doors in the flat no longer close properly and will likely need adjusting and possibly trimming. I also have one internal door that currently swings inward which I would like changed to swing outward into the corridor. There is an existing door frame that currently holds the door and prevents it opening outward, so the frame may need to be adjusted or partially moved to allow this. In total, this is work on four internal doors.

I need help putting acoustic caulk around my windows to seal it from outside noise. I have the caulk and the gun and tried to do it but it has gone. Everywhere so I also need help removing the mess of it from my windows and re sealing. I also have a rubber seal I would like to attach to the windows that open to hell sound proof it. Any other methods of soundproofing I’m also open to.

I'd like to install three sets of locking secure stops across two sash windows. I have one set of two installed previously, meaning the bottom sash in one room can only be lifted about 15cm. I'd like to do the same to the top sash of the same window . I'd then also like to install four more stops to get another window to the same state, where both the top and the bottom sash can only be moved by 15cm
