Sliding cupboard doors have jammed and I need them to work fully

The fixed (non-sliding) shower door is in place and may need minor adjustments. However, the installation is incomplete — the sliding door and remaining components still need to be installed. The initial installation was started by an engineer but was paused due to an emergency, and they are now unavailable to finish the job. All parts are on-site. However, I do not have any tools, silicone, or other materials needed to complete the installation. Please include all required materials and tools in your quote. Wood in window has warped and needs sanding to fit back into hole to close properly

But I am not that tall. * The windows (4 of them) are 8.75’ (2.7 meters) tall. * The windows go to the ceiling at 11’ (3.4m). * I have a ladder where the top step is 3.5’ (1m). I have the blow dryer and a long extension cord. I am just not tall enough to reach the top of the window.

I have three uPVC windows. They open out. The handle is at the bottom and you push open. The lock is broken. The lock runs across the bottom of the window. Also one of them is misaligned so you will need to fiddle with the bracket screws to get the window alligned so it closes square and fits snuggly when closed.
