The doors are to be re-hung to open from the opposite side of the existing door frames, retaining the existing frames where possible. Alter/reposition the existing door stops, hinges and catches as required, with timber supplied by you where necessary to ensure the altered frame remains flush and neatly finished. Also: Fit laminate flooring to the 3 store cupboards area (laminate supplied). Supply and construct 1 deep, heavy-duty wooden shelf to suit and match the existing meter/store cupboard shelf. Leave all doors properly aligned, opening/closing smoothly and all altered timberwork neatly finished. I need a bathroom door putting on

1. I have a ceiling light fitting to be replaced. 2. I have an interior door that needs handles and spindle etc putting back. I haven't been able to drill it out correctly. Possibly needs longer screws on the handle plate. 3. Ideally a straight centimetre removing from a sleeper-style timber but I can do that myself if we run out of time. Going forward it's likely I'll need this type of stuff a couple of times a year. Ideally this job is tomorrow, starting as close to 10am as possible. I can move it to Tuesday if really necessary.

Hi! A door handle on one of our rooms fell off, we need it reattached and functional before midday on Saturday 3rd. I have the original screws, as well as some spares that are thicker and longer. We have a drill but no screwdriver.

Fitting a cat flap on an internal wooden door

I have a basic internal door for a bathroom that needs fitting. The old one needs to be removed first. The door frame is smaller than a standard size, the width is the same but is abour 8cm shorter in length so the new door would have to be cut down to fit, Its quite a tight apace as well as the house is small but i can make as much space as possible. This would be an ideal time from 6pm on wards.

The wardrobe is approximately 2.5m wide and has around six existing doors. I want to transform the current doors using a realistic wood-effect vinyl wrap, ideally in a natural oak, walnut or similar wood finish. Scope of work: * Inspect the existing wardrobe doors to confirm they are suitable for wrapping. * Clean and prepare the door surfaces thoroughly. * Supply and apply a good-quality, durable wood-effect adhesive vinyl. * Achieve a neat, consistent finish, paying particular attention to edges, corners and the wood-grain alignment. * Remove and refit handles where necessary, with care taken around the existing fittings. * Refit the doors and ensure they open and close properly. The intention is to refresh the existing wardrobe rather than replace the doors or the wardrobe itself. door handle replacement.

I have fixed a whole shed in the back garden and put the doors on however this is a little gap between the doors. I need this sorting asap please

After new carpets, 4 doors need having about 1cm shaved off the bottom. 3 already taken down, one more to unscrew
