I need them to remove my door handle and set up with a new door handle that has a fingerprint Cant do more than £35

I’m unable to remove the toilet seat which needs to be replaced. I have a new seat. The door handle needs to be secured but there’s nothing for the screws to bite into. I have quoted £30, because I had to enter an amount, however I am open to negotiate on price.

I need a double fitted wardrobe removing and putting downstairs. I also need the door of another wardrobe putting back on.

Hang internal lounge timber door and fit knobs and latch etc. (we have the door and knobs but not the inner workings). Door size is correct but might need shaving down a little.
