The apartment is on the first floor, and the machine is a heavy Miele. It will need to be brought in via the rear entrance and carried up the staircase. Please note that it will not fit through the kitchen, so that route cannot be used. Two person lift required. The apartment lift is old and not suitable.

My Indesit washing machine is stuck heating to boiling temperature regardless of which programme or temperature setting I select. I’ve tried switching programmes and it happens across the board, so I suspect it’s either the temperature selector switch, thermostat/NTC sensor, or a stuck heating relay on the control board. Looking for someone experienced with washing machine repairs to: • Diagnose the fault (dial/selector switch, thermostat, or PCB relay) • Source and fit the replacement part if needed • Test the machine runs a full cycle at the correct temperature afterwards Ideally someone with appliance repair experience and their own multimeter/tools.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to come and repair two appliances at my home today if possible. 1. Washing machine issue: The machine starts normally and fills with water, but after about 30 seconds it makes a clicking noise and stops spinning/draining properly. It seems like it may not be draining correctly. 2. Cooker issue: The cooker has stopped working completely.
