We would like tiling laid in our main hall and porch. I'm attaching images of the hall with measurements. I have not included the porch but its dimensions are about 2 metre wide by about 50cm deep. We already have the tiles, borders and grout ready to be laid. They are Grosvenor black/blue tiles from Topps Tiles. The carpet will need to be taken up and wooden board laid down before tiling. My shower floor is tiled and has failed. The grout between the tiles is now coming up and doesn't look great. I did the tiling myself a few years ago and is now requiring a professional touch or perhaps replacing with a tray. I used the Mapei wet room kit to waterproof it and unsure if removal of the old tiles will damage it. I'll remove the shower screen and clear the waste at the end. We have a 6sqm room, 3x2 that needs porcelain tiles laying. They are 60cmx90cm tiles, so only a few to cut and lay. We have adhesive and grout, but no cutter. The tiles are 20mm thick.

I've removed an old toilet seat and needed to change the fixings for new seat. I managed to get one of the fixings off but the other fixing has a rusted, seized wing nut and a thick bolt, with very limited access behind the toilet. Looking for an experienced tiler/bathroom specialist/handyman to regrout the tiled area around an over-bath shower. We recently noticed water leaking through to the floor below. A plumber has inspected and tested the plumbing/waste and found no leak when the bath is filled and drained. He was able to reproduce the leak by spraying water onto areas of deteriorated grout between the lower tiles, with water then appearing underneath the bath. Some of the grout is visibly degraded/missing and appears to have been poorly patched previously (see photos). The silicone seal around the bath itself is intact. I’d like the failed grout properly removed and replaced so the shower area is watertight again. Please quote including materials and let me know how soon the shower can be used after completion.

Hi there, I had someone come and install laminate flooring for me. Around the door frame, they cut the laminate flooring to leave a gap and was planning to fill it in with filler. After doing some research, I saw that people cut part of the door frame away and fit the flooring into it (much cleaner look). I want the laminate flooring around the door re-fitted and for the door frame to be cut. (there are three door frames in the house). I also need a stair nose to be installed and 1 tile to be cut in the bathroom and glued. If you're able to grout some of the edges of my bathroom, that can be added onto the tasks, thank you.
