Substrate is concrete which is level. Fridge, washing machine, cooker and dishwasher will need to be dragged into open plan living area (I can assist). I will buy tiles, grout and adhesive (none purchased yet). Tiles size expected to be 600mm x 600mm. There is an external patio attached to the kitchen that can be used for tile cutting. We would like tiling laid in our main hall and porch. I'm attaching images of the hall with measurements. I have not included the porch but its dimensions are about 2 metre wide by about 50cm deep. We already have the tiles, borders and grout ready to be laid. They are Grosvenor black/blue tiles from Topps Tiles. The carpet will need to be taken up and wooden board laid down before tiling.
