Herringbone bathroom floor to be tiled

I have three tiles in the bathroom which are coming off the wall - they need to be removed, the old grout removed from them and then re-affixed to the wall and properly grouted in. Basically I need someone who knows what they’re doing!

Had a new cistern installed and just need tiling made good where the plumber has had to remove boxing - in to put the new cistern in.

Take off yellow stains(grout) in the kitchen tiles and bathroom tiles. Only small areas not whole thing. I have provided photos of the area. I have also the grout remover spray that is needed to take the grout off.

I have maybe two or three bathroom floor tiles that are lose and need refitting.

Experienced handyman needed to complete decorations to downstairs living room and also repair works on upstairs bathroom. Jobs to complete: 1) downstairs living room - seal and fill areas affected by leak. Painting and any plastering necessary on walls and ceiling. Ceiling to be painted white. 2) painting of flat roof with bitumen paint and also realignment of guttering. You will need a large ladder to do this. 3) upstairs bathroom - complete tiling work. * Silicone around sink area and bath tub to be replaced. * 2 tiles on side of sink area to be fixed (as per photos). * Investigate gap around window in bathroom externally and internally (as per photo where towels have been placed). A gap was seen here and expanding foam can be used to fill this. * Small piece of wood filler in-between bath tub and main cupboard. * Main cupboard can be painted to freshen this up. * Handle of main cupboard to be added and handle on cupboard under sink to be put back in place. * Mirror next to bath tub to be replaced - measurements to be taken for this. * Bulb and pull cord to be replaced. 4) 2 windows in conservatory and 1 window in downstairs toilet require parts of hinges to be replaced so they can close properly. Downstairs sink in toilet needs attention to fix blockage. Various pictures are included but not everything listed above. You will need to bring all parts/ materials needed including paint but I will pay for the cost of these so keep receipts. To complete ASAP.

I have two shelves that need drilling into bathroom walls. I need someone who knows how to drill safely into tile so that it doesn’t crack - Due date: Flexible

The builder hasn't finished the job! Walls are tiled except for a small patch. But the grouting is a total mess. In places it is lumpy and other places there are gaps. Also need to seal around the bath. Only looking for someone with perfect finishing skills. Must be clean. Must know how to protect fixtures and fittings and clean up after yourself. THANK YOU!

In the current bathroom, there is a walk in shower. the flooring and walls are all large tiles. water seems to have got under the flooring tiles and when you stand on certain tiles, water seeps up between them. The bathroom is not that old and would like to save the tiles. I believe the tiles need lifting up, drying out underneath and resealing. Have photos to demonstrate this - Due date: Flexible
