Hi - I need help with 3 jobs in this apartment: 1. Re-seal the ensuite shower, on the shower floor, ceiling area and around the extractor fan. The current sealant needs to be removed and replaced. 2. Seal gaps between the door frame and wooden floor. There is no sealant at the moment. This is for 3 doors (2x bedroom door and 1x bathroom door), on both sides of the door frames. 3. Replace the door threshold for 1 bedroom. I need a wider threshold to cover a small (5mm) gap between the threshold and the carpet. The current threshold measures 85cm long x 2.8cm wide. If you guide me on what to buy, I can buy the new threshold at a DIY store before you visit.
