Well, in his preliminary survey of the situation, based on his measurements and calculatiins, he advised against cutting the door as doing so would cause draught in the room. Hello, we need someone to: 1. Re-tile the front steps and porch as the terracotta tiles have become damaged during the last storm 2. Repaint the white areas of the front porch (the white frame of the porch as well as the white internal ceiling of the porch) 3. Repaint the black railings in front of the house 4. Re-plaster and re-paint a basement vault that has developed cracks during the last storm 5. Fix a new doorframe for a second basement vault as the door has fallen off during the storm (and the old frame is too old to hold the door). Ideally, we would like to have someone start work by Monday, 18 March, and complete it by Sunday, 24 March.
