Three other doors need hinges and door handles replaced (the handles are currently wonky and I have new ones). 2x roller blinds to hang and 1x wall mounted bookshelf to attach to the wall.

Photos added. £150 was an arbitrary budget, obvs needs to be viewed and scope of work decided to give an accurate quote. Bespoke 15 years old maranti wood patio doors, 2 sections, 2.5m each wide. One half slides across, the other side is fixed. It is very difficult to close and lock the door. The bottom runner is set into the wood frame and doesn't drain (design flaw) so can fill with with water. Overnight under cold conditions the door gets iced up and won't open. Hot water poured along the bottom will eventually free it up. - Due date: Flexible
