Wood in window has warped and needs sanding to fit back into hole to close properly

The tenants have received the door restrictor and we are now looking for someone to fit it.

I have purchased Insulating Film for Windows – clear plastic sheeting that goes on a window and you use a blow dryer to shrink it to fit. But I am not that tall. * The windows (4 of them) are 8.75’ (2.7 meters) tall. * The windows go to the ceiling at 11’ (3.4m). * I have a ladder where the top step is 3.5’ (1m). I have the blow dryer and a long extension cord. I am just not tall enough to reach the top of the window.

Insulate an exterior door: new weatherstripping around the frame, maybe applying insulation foam for larger gaps.

Install plastic canopy above rear garden door and seal with clear sealant. May require reposition of adjacent garden light.

Hi, I have an integrated Indesit fridge and the fridge door has become detached from the cupboard door. I have bought new attachments so just need the old attachments removed and the fridge door reattached to the cupboard door again. Schuco patio bi-folding door metallic handle broken - need a new handle to be installed - Due date: Flexible

I have three uPVC windows. They open out. The handle is at the bottom and you push open. The lock is broken. The lock runs across the bottom of the window. Also one of them is misaligned so you will need to fiddle with the bracket screws to get the window alligned so it closes square and fits snuggly when closed. The lock metal strips are around 1m -1.4m - Due date: Flexible

The door of my AEG Washer/Dryer has come off due to a broken hinge. I have ordered the replacement parts (image attached), and so need someone who is able to remove the broken hinge and reattach the door using the replacement hinge. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 11 October 2023

Hi, I would need a handy man for around 2 hours to do a few not too complex jobs in a new flat. Basically, hang some shelves inside 2 closets, hang to wall to pine wood boards with brackets to wall, and a few minor things.
