Hello, there are two minor repairs required. 1. The door has been difficult to open recently. The door sweep seems to have come loose at the bottom so I think that'll have to be reattached. 2. The pipe under the sink is leaking slightly overtime. I am unsure what the exact cause is, there is a small scratch on the pipe that might need covering up with epoxy or the might just need to be re-attached properly to the sink. I can provide pictures to figure it out before you arrive.

I'm posting a small job here. One of the windows is not closing properly. I'm fairly sure that a small part of the opening mechanism—possibly a screw—has come loose and fallen off. As a result, the window now hangs slightly downward when opened and cannot be closed properly. I've attached a picture of the opposite window, which is a mirror image of the damaged one. The missing part has come off the upper section of the closing mechanism. It is possible that the upper hinge needs to be replaced.

Bottom section of a window frame needs replacing

We recently had a baby and need to install UV/Heat blocker film on a floor to ceiling window, so we can seat on our sofa during the day. Installing blinds would probably be easier but we’ve got great views so would still want to see through the windows. We haven’t purchased the film yet so happy to use the one you have, should it be of good quality.
