Internal bedroom door — bottom hinge has pulled out of the timber frame, screw holes split. Door is currently hanging on the top hinge only and unusable. Top hinge itself is intact and still attached to the door. Photos attached. Repair approach to be assessed on-site — could range from repairing the split timber in place (filler/epoxy + longer screws), to cutting out and splicing in new timber, repairing the wood and moving the hinges .
