I need the inner spring clamp (metal wire) put back into the groove of the rubber seal of my Hover washing machine. Tried pulling the rubber seal down to clean inside and the circular metal wire fell out. Also, would like to be shown how to clean the drain hose.

In the pictures below check the one with red arrow. - The pipes that drain the bathroom water have a leak that causes a puddle in the apartment below.
