1) Remove old washing machine and install the new one. To access the connections the integrated dishwasher next to it needs to be moved and reinstalled. The old washing machine will be collected by AO once removed. 2) Install tumble dryer - a hole was cut into the side of the kitchen cabinet to plug in the old one. The hole needs to be made bigger for the new plug to go through it and put the tumble dryer in place. The old tumble dryer has already been removed

Works to 4x properties in Perivale (all untenanted HMOs - key safe access). None of the washing machines have been plumbed in. There is no mains water feed for any of the machines, and spigots need to be installed to all but one of the properties to allow both machines to drain into one waste pipe. There are 2x washing machines in each properties communal kitchen to be plumbed in and tested (therefore 8x washing machines in total across 4x properties). Materials need to be supplied to install: - double waste spigots for 3 properties - 2 water main connections for washing machine inlets at all 4 properties (8 in total) All washing machines are in situ, will not need moving into rooms, just moving to access behind machines.
