I have a large, heavy mirror from west elm that needs to be hung on a wall in my living room. I should have the nails , etc needed but I cannot hang it alone as it’s so heavy

The dark laminated wood flooring may need to be replaced due to nail scratches, affecting planks 5 to 7. If the scratches can be repaired without replacing the planks, that would be the preferred option. At this point, I don’t have any materials or replacement planks yet.

We need a 10kg mirror (string backed) hanging above our fireplace. The fireplace is brick, and we have a selection of tools, but having your own would be preferable! We have some bolts but we aren’t sure if they’re correct for hanging something like this, so your advice is required to tell us what fixing we’d need as well. If you can provide that then great, but we’ll happily pay for you to pickup the correct fixing on your way over.

Please read before committing: Radiator has half-come off the wall. It’s an electric radiator that still works but the bracket has bent and screws have come out of the holes. I think it needs securing to the wall that looks like it can be done with either new holes or filling existing.
