Please hang approximately 15–20 pieces of framed art in my home in West Hampstead, London, on Thursday 3 September 2026. The pieces vary in size and need to be positioned carefully, levelled, and evenly and appropriately spaced. The walls are a mix of types, so please be experienced and comfortable choosing suitable fixings for each surface. Please bring all appropriate tools, including a spirit or laser level, and all necessary wall fixings. Please work carefully to avoid damage to the frames, walls, and surrounding area. Two small plumbing/repair jobs: 1. Kitchen tap mounting: an auxiliary kitchen tap has come loose because the laminate worktop has cracked/broken around its mounting hole beside the sink. The tap and pipework appear intact and are currently supported. I would like a neat, permanent repair rather than simply filling the damaged area — likely involving a suitable reinforcing/cover plate and remounting the existing tap. The space is quite tight beside the sink, so some cutting/drilling or fabrication of a metal plate may be required. 2. High-level toilet cistern: an older Burlington-style high-level cistern has a very small clean-water leak around the flush-pipe connection when the toilet is flushed. Only a few drops at present. I would like the joint/seal inspected and properly repaired. Photos available. Ideally looking for someone experienced with plumbing and practical kitchen/worktop repairs who can supply or advise on the necessary small parts/materials.

Removing a suspended light fixture that is flush mounted to the ceiling and replacing it with a new flush mounted ceiling light. The ceiling height is 7.5 feet. Electric circuit panel is located down the hall on same level in the flat.
