1. Remaining part of porcelain slabs in garden The guys did a big part of job of digging, clearing up, and putting membrane & a base of MOT1 etc for concrete in garden and also have put some tiles. I’ve to go on holidays and we couldn’t finish it all before that so remaining tiles still need to be layed after adding cement and sand. Now the guys are busy for sometime and I’m exploring to get it completed sooner. This will also require a bit extra work on edges & corners to get the same levels. For example, cut lower end of one door etc. 2. I need to level one fence and to paint the wooden fences. 3. The small entrance gate also needs fixing with cement (should be quick) and some paint 4. Join 2 pipes & a small edge moulding strip with a solution (should be quick) 5. Paint a wall (use easy fill to fill up any small nail holes) 6. Prepare entrance boundary wall and paint (replace 1 or 2 slabs where needed) This should be done in 2-3 days by one experienced person. Photos attached for reference - Due date: Flexible

Hi there, I had someone come and install laminate flooring for me. Around the door frame, they cut the laminate flooring to leave a gap and was planning to fill it in with filler. After doing some research, I saw that people cut part of the door frame away and fit the flooring into it (much cleaner look). I want the laminate flooring around the door re-fitted and for the door frame to be cut. (there are three door frames in the house). I also need a stair nose to be installed and 1 tile to be cut in the bathroom and glued. If you're able to grout some of the edges of my bathroom, that can be added onto the tasks, thank you. Paint tiles in a small bathroom, previously painted. Can provide V33 White Satin Tile Paint (Screwfix), or open to suggestions. Areas requiring painting - 187cm by 169cm, 169 by 67cm and small section behind sink and toilet. Area will be cleared and ready to paint.
