I have a newly built garage which has a concrete floor, but needs concrete screed on top. I have a big 800kg bag of sharp sand about 4 bags of cement, just need someone to bring a long with a mixer and lay this screed (I think about 30mm should be OK). Area is about 4.84x3.64m in size. I'm in West London. Let me know how much you'd want for labour I'll cover materials as I have most of them already. Come and have a look if better. Thanks

Need a professional tiler to complete 2 small tiling jobs. 1) At entryway landing <1sqm 2) Around fireplace <1sqm Tiles are patterned, some cuts will be required. Hoping to get these finished off asap - we have all the tiles ready and Topps tiles close by for adhesive and grout.

1. Regrout the inner walls of the shower and seal everything with clear seal (i have the grout) 2. Re grout all of the bathroom floor 3. Replace a cracked tile. I only have one spare left which will need to be cut to size
