Re-tile splash back wall in bathroom

About 2-3sqm of tiling around kitchen splashback area. I will buy tiles and grout but just need skilled labour to fit.

I've had a new shower installed which required the shower screen and one large tile to be removed. The shower is fine now but the tiling and shower screen has been attached poorly and needs to be redone.

Bathroom: about 5 tiles in the bathroom have become loose and the sealant needs to be redone around the bath and the ceiling painted. Kitchen: Replace sealant that is mouldy in a small section.
