House chimney extractor not drawing fast enough - needs new fan

Current extractor fan has had some ivy growing through it which is now removed, but the fan goes too slow to extract the smoke from an open fire in the lounge. So it's spinnng but think the motor is struggling. Happy to get a new one,

Medium size ‘lean-to’ garage roof needs replacing. (Approx 5m x 2.5m) It’s very flat and water sits and also comes through the sides. I want someone (maybe easier with two people) to take the top off, add firrings to create a slope, and then resurface this so it is leakproof and water correctly runs off. Just a basic felt roofing and flashing. Happy to either have quotes including all hardware, or send me a list and I can get these directly and just quote the labour.
