Summer House Flat Roof Repair – Timber Fittings, OSB3 Boards & EPDM (7m × 4m) Looking for an experienced roofer/carpenter to properly repair my summer house roof in the Camberley/Blackwater area. Roof size: Approximately 7m × 4m (28m²). The roof is currently almost completely flat, causing water to collect. Liquid rubber waterproofing was applied around four months ago but has already cracked. Work required: 1. Inspect existing roofing, timber joists and boards for damage, movement or rot. 2. Remove defective roofing materials and replace damaged sections. 3. Install tapered timber firrings to create a proper drainage slope towards the gutter. 4. Install new 18mm OSB3 roofing boards (or appropriate structural decking specification). 5. Install a suitable one-piece EPDM rubber waterproofing system. 6. Fit appropriate roof-edge trims and ensure water drains correctly. 7. Leave the roof fully watertight and remove waste. Materials: Happy to purchase materials separately based on an agreed shopping list, or receive a supply-and-fit quotation. Budget: £1,200 labour only, negotiable depending on inspection and scope. Please include your experience, estimated duration and what is included in your quotation. Looking for a long-lasting solution, not another temporary coating.

Water leaking from the roof of first floor room. It only leak when there is a torrential rain. Plumber has checked it and it is not a plumbing fault. This issue came up couple of years ago and it was fixed by a roofer who repaired it. A long ladder will be required to inspect and fix again.

The downpipe has become detached at the roof guttering to the back of my house. There is a communal car park adjacent to my property.
