In the main bathroom there is a consealed toilet and cistern behind a vanity unit which also includes a sink with cupboard underneath. The toilet cistern stopped filling today.it is very old now and should just be replaced. I can send pictures - Due date: Flexible

The tap in the kitchen drips a lot and often you have to twist the knobs tightly to get it to stop dripping, I thought that was it but now the pipe underneath the sink is dripping and I suspect it’s been doing that for a while.

There’s been no water pressure upstairs all day. The boiler tank seems to be attempting to refill but pressure is low. The toilet have no water and water is just trickling out of the tap. The tap has very low pressure. The bath has no cold water either.

Hot water tap water doesn't flow properly. Small amount of water at first,then slows to a dribble then stops. Similar problem with cooled water tap, though it was fixed may need a look also.

The treadmill is running fine but looking to move the belt and lubricating it as there is some noise.

1. Fix leaking mixer tap Paini kitchen mixer tap with brita water faucet built in. Cartridge replaced but still leaking. Britta filter also leaks when I turn britta tap on. 2. Finish installation of a cistern in down stairs wc and ensure it can flush properly New cistern in place but bottom feed connection is leaking. 3. Fix neff integrated dishwasher which stops shortly after cycle starts Handyman managed to get rid of still water and pulled it out to tilt. It worked once and now it stops working 1 min after starting. If I push door it will work again for 1 min. No warning lights showing apart from salt and wash cycle in progress 4. Kitchen mixer tap cold water pressure very low Whilst the dishwasher issues were being looked at we noticed the cold water tap pressure dropped significantly. permanent issue not just when dishwasher is on. 5. Install reverse osmosis system under the sink and link into current paini mixer tap faucet if possible.

1. Replace downstairs cistern (ex part) 2. Fit and feed cable for cctv front and back to room upstairs for cctv 3. Secure loose electric sockets in kitchen × 2 4. Remove 2 small mirrors from downstairs tiolet 5. Pull out 1 small bush root from front garden 6. Fix loose gutter connection on first floor ( requires ladder) 7. Reseal bathtub sealent behind mixer tap on horizontal surface between joining tiles and bathtub 8. Fix leaking kitchen mixer tap 9. Fix Neff integrated dishwasher with still water in base not draining 10. Fix sagging sofa (leather double with sagging in left part)

Currently have a plastic cistern. Want to replace with standard ceramic.

Area behind mixer tap needs to be resealed. Currently has silicone and strip but needs re-doing properly. Difficult due to joint between tub and tiles on a horizontal surface.

NEFF dishwasher(s51e50x2gb) with still water in base doesn't drain. Possible blockage.
