Natural gas griddle for cafe, has. 3 burners but one of them is not working, no gas burning, thermocouple has been changed but still hasn’t resolved the issue and unsure of how to fix. Need it fixed before 5th Jan.

Need to install a mixer tap for the downstairs W/C and also fix the hot water pipe by replacing it and connecting the same. Material costs can be additional to the budget.

Steam and hot water comes through where the coffee comes out not through the steamer..

The hot tap on the shower is constantly leaking and falling off. I would like someone to come out and replace the hot tap with a new one so it works properly. I am happy to pay for the part and the above fee to fit it

Water is leaking through my bathroom ceiling and cupboard wall, the flat above have no leak as we have checked, I think the mains water piper is leaking behind the wall or in the ceiling as I have pipes up there, may possibly have to cut the wall to get to the pipes but may not have to.

I need the shower holder to be fixed. Then i need toilet seats to be fastened and shower doors to be put back in place they keep coming out

I have taken pictures of the soil stack and circled it on the plan which also has measurements of where the plumbing needs to be (where the new island will be ) Technical description of whats needed please refer to the below and include this in your quote . To chase waste pipe 40mm into floor and connect onto soil in the corner of kitchen. Also run hot and cold pipework in chase to kitchen island ready for sink. Once in, connect and tested waste and for leaks. Back fill chase. (digging to lay pipe the appropriate drop is needed)
