Mixer tap in kitchen to be replaced, I'd have a go myself by it's a very hard to each place and I don't want to mess things up. It's under a Belfast sink that has a wooden thing underneath to support the sink, so it's a tricky one to get to. Entry is through the small cupboard under the sink about 60cm wide and 50cm high. So it's a snug fit.

Pretty basic job, to remove an existing (wobbly and past it's best) tall mixer kitchen sink tap and replace it with a new one.

Looking to replace the mixer tap for the basin with a new and similar one. The existing tap is faulty and is not working ok.

Shower tray waste pipe from upstairs ensuite has leaked into lounge. Small inspection hole has been made. Pipe work / joints needs repair / replacement. Easiest access to pipe work will be through lounge ceiling, so that will need to be made good post pipe work repair.

Shower head is leaking cold water and fixing this is the task we would like done as an interim measure! The shower and bath need replacing and the surround retiling eventually but this job needs to be done as we’re losing a lot of water. For extra info - the shower has a pump and is fed from cold water tank and the temperature control knob is fixed in position as it broke off a while ago.

Toilet needs unblocking. Normally it's done with just a rod or similar, so I need someone to come who has these tools so ideally a Plumber and to be able to unblock the toilet

Wiring in place for new light fitting and we have the ceiling pedestal fitting. Toilet does not flush easily. Is a high tank with chain.
