The shower drain is full of water and will not empty

We have a single lever basin tap mixer that is loose and moves when you adjust the lever. It needs tightening to prevent this from happening and to keep it fixed in place. Our towel ring is also loose and needs tightening.

I have a working toilet unit that has a few pipe leakage bottom of the tank on both sides and the pipe behind the tiles going to the toilet tank. I have removed one of the tiles and there is a wood panel that needs to be removed to get to the pipe. (See images). After leakage is fixed the tile and wood panel needs to be fixed back to original. Only very experienced person need to apply

Water leaks when machine is in use

Supply and install new toilet extractor fan.

Check for leak from 1st floor bath. Appears to be water damage in garage below. I am selling my house so would like a qualified plumber to verify if leaking. And if so, fix the leak.

I need a replacement water pump ordered and fitted to serve my shower room.
