Leaking kitchen tap. Continuously drops coming from one side of mixer tap

Need someone to check the existing pipework as there appears to be a water leak - it's believed to be coming from the shower (or largely do that with that area)

Siphon in the toilet bowl was leaking, so the screws were removed to inspect it and have broken due to rust. Ones still ok. Can anyone come to sort it?

Need to remove the mixing cartridge on a Bristan shower, because shower water isn’t hot enough (but it is in the bath & sink) - so for someone who knows these showers, I suspect this will take 30 seconds.

We have a leaking pipe under the flooring

Blanco monobloc tap leaking from spout. Tap is 15 years old might need new ceramic cartridge or should I buy new tap. Seen one on Amazon Blanco cheaper than new cartridge £20. Can but new tap and decide on day if best to fit new or order cartridge assuming that’s what is causing issue.

My boiler is leaking water from under the boiler. It's not letting me put the pressure up. Now even when I try to put pressure up its not raising. I can see the pipes leaking. My bathroom has got pipes leaking too that needs fixing. And my toilet. The leak made my bathroom flood and my ceiling has fallen down. The ceiling will be tackled later as I can't afford to do all these jobs all at once.

Take bath out and replace with shower unit and new shower and put on wall panels - Due date: Flexible
