I have a few plumbing jobs needed please; replacing kitchen tap, leaking pipes underneath kitchen sink, replacing shower, re-sealing around bath and sink. I've already purchased the replacement taps and shower, you'd only need the pipes to fix under the sink and the seal for the bath/sink.

The cold tap in the kitchen sink is constantly leaking.

Change Bristam ‘Cashew’ mixer tap in kitchen. Like for like replacement (already have new one). Is apparently an ‘EasyFit’ type so should should be straightforward

Shower nozzles need changing on an integrated Sundream k2219 shower. This shower has a top shelf and not sure whether that can come off or whether the whole shower needs taking off to reach the cover to change.

Water is leaking from toilet cistern into toilet bowl

There’s constant leak of water from cistern into the toilet bowl. The flushing valve likely needs to be replaced. The toilet is back to the wall.

Need a reliable leak detection specialist for this job. Meter is spinning very fast. Potential major leak in plumbing outside the property as meter stops spinning when I turn off main stop cock. Need help with leak detection, certification to use for insurance purposes as my bill was exceptionally high due to the high usagem

The hot water pressure for the mixer tap in kitchen is low. The hot water tap for the toilet takes a long time to get hot.The mixer tap might need replacing or adjusting.
