I have installed a new tap on the bath. Cold tap connector that connects into the tap from underneath is leaking, with a few drops a minute coming out. Water has been temporarily shut off in the mean time. Hot tap is fine. The connector is in a tight confined space.

Rainfall shower broken. Leak on two sides of the shower head, needs replacement.

Leaking toilet Water inlet issue

I have a sink with double tap and a pedestal. Need to change to another sink with single mixer tap with pedestal.

I have a mobile home with damp staining and algae/moss buildup along the base of the exterior walls at the front and side of the home. The issue is present even during dry weather, so I believe it’s due to poor drainage and moisture being trapped along the ground next to the wall, but could also be an internal leak under the property.

The boiler is showing an e1 error and there is a small leak. I have reset the psi but it is still not working

Need plumbing solutions. For context, whenever we run the washing machine the drains are redirected to our bathroom and wells it up. I'm guessing there's an incorrect drain route.

I have a few plumbing jobs needed please; replacing kitchen tap, leaking pipes underneath kitchen sink, replacing shower, re-sealing around bath and sink. I've already purchased the replacement taps and shower, you'd only need the pipes to fix under the sink and the seal for the bath/sink.

Our Mira minimal ev shower valve has a leak. Seems to be a seal issue or a faulty or worn cartridge. For the first 18 months of its life it was fine. Now in the last 8 months, it started dripping and getting a bit worse.

Provide a suitable cold water feed with an isolation valve (if not already available/appropriate). Check for leaks and confirm the setup is sound once fitted. Important context: Access is awkward, a lot of pipework is behind a panel, and it’s difficult to get photos of everything behind the wood. Please include in your quote: Labour estimate and whether you expect extra parts (trap/spigot, Y-connector, valves, hose fittings). Any assumptions you’re making based on the photos.
