Please could you give me a quote and a time estimate for this job? I want my 1-bed flat painted (3 rooms - joint kitchen/living room, bedroom and hallway). The rooms are relatively small (the whole flat is just 40m squared). I am keen to have this all done by 12th September. Note: - Window frames need fully sanding as the current paint is in bad condition (cracked/peeling) and needs completely replacing - for the rest of the interior wood (doors and skirting boards) light sanding is obviously required to dull the word and enable the paint to stick.

A workman previously plastered the ceiling, and it fell down on us that evening!!! Keen to avoid that happening again! Bit of context - the pink line of plaster is where we knocked down the wall, and due to the bonding plaster used, the new pink-y plaster stuck fast (and stayed up while the rest fell down!).
