Painting job of 66sqm small cottage type house plus small external office area located in the garden - please see the floor plan and pictures. Property will be completely empty. Job start on the 27th at 2:30pm with in person meet and works should last for that afternoon plus Friday (28th) and Saturday (29th) OR Monday 31st (if you don't work Saturdays). I reckon 2.5 days should be enough to accomplish however we can asses on Thursday, 27th afternoon when we meet. White on white walls and ceiling paint - floor plan attached of the areas which would require painting - all on the plan apart from the areas which are crossed out and 1 wall in the bathroom which will be wallpapered so no painting required. All walls are skimmed and ready to paint. All walls are white so paint would be to just refresh the look. Thank you

There was a bottle left on the dining table which has caused the wood stain to fade completely. Would it be possible to get this repaired without stripping back the stain of the whole table- its a walnut stain.

House exterior needs a complete repaint. There are some cracks which will need filling/made good and the exterior will likely need a soft wash before painting. I would like the paint colour to be a soft white/beige colour, not too dissimilar from the current colour. I can purchase paints and materials, as well as supplying scaffolding. I will require instruction on which are appropriate for the job. I would like this job completed sometime in September.

I have an old staircase that used to have carpet, now that carpet has been removed we need to treat the stairs to add a runner. The stairs need to be prepared and then painted to add a stair runner.

The upholstery needs to be stiched and the black hard plastc body has a few chips, needs to be filled in and painted.
