I would like the bathroom ceiling and one wall painted with anti mould white paint. The room is approximately 12 by 15 feet.

A small hall needs the walls painted, there is some flaking of the old paint but isn’t because of internal damp. Painting ceiling of small bathroom, again some flaking of old paint.

Paint tiled wallsnin bathroom there are 3 walls but 2 of the walls are really small. The ceilings are quite high.

Our house has sliding doors. In the pockets where the doors go, there are noticeable gaps in the flooring. I would like someone to fill those gaps. I think it will require some careful thinking as to how to fill the gaps given the thin space. I don’t want expandable foam because mice eat through that. Thanks so much

New loft bedroom has fresh skirting boards that need caulking and painting. Also have a velux window above stairs that needs final coat of paint (ladder needed) Already primed and pinholes filled. All that is needed is light sanding, caulk round the top and a bit of filler in the corners and then paint (Farrow and ball eggshell) 2x Door architraves also. No carpets = less prep!
