Recently serviced gas boiler (28th Aug 2026). Central heating is working. A few to look at around the cylinder, EV. 1) looking for minimum G3-qualified plumber. Looking to get work done on 8-Sep-2026 evening. 2) hot water motorized valve is not operating automatically. It has to be changed - I have already purchased new valve (in photo) - I need that to be replaced with new valve. (A) In case of changing valve body which would need a bit draining - indicate how much additional you would charge. 3) expansion vessel (EV) to be pressure checked and re-pressured as needed 4) there are drops of water dripping (very mild) in tundish. Which happens if EV pressure or one of the red valve needs changing. If EV recharge doesn't sort it out, do you carry those valves with you? (B) Indicate how much is it with material and labour to change/fix? 5) parking situation - a normal hatchback car, or small van (not transit vans) can fit in 1 curved parking space in front of building premises. Or easier, arrive 5.15pm'ish or later - 5.30pm onwards on-street parking is free. Just 1 hr parking is approx £8 there. Pictures attached. Indicate offer without (A) and (B). I would like to know how much if A & B have to be done.

I have a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV that is losing coolant. The radiator was replaced after a leak was found, but the coolant is still disappearing after each trip with no visible leak. The garage has pressure-tested it but cannot find the cause and doesn't have much experience with this PHEV. I can provide access to the property for an inspection so the exact AC capacities, pipe runs, cable runs, and installation requirements can be assessed before work commences.

I need the following installed: - The old boiler flue hole sealed (it may need to vacuumed to more debris from birds) - A rain cover for the existing flue. Danfoss Thermostat Reset: I have a battery-powered Danfoss TP7001 thermostat that has hit its annual service deadline. It is currently locked out showing the "SEr" code and a warning triangle symbol. I need someone who knows how to access the installer menu or perform a hardware reset to clear this lockout and restore full control.
