The gas water heater keeps going out, I need a new small one just for heating the hot taps (there is no central heating in the flat) - Due date: Flexible

The gas and mains water feed to my boiler (located in my kitchen, in an alcove) currently runs at ceiling level (red arrow) to my boiler and then the cold and hot water supplies (blue arrow) to my kitchen and bathroom run behind my kitchen units on one side of my kitchen. I'm changing the layout of the kitchen from L shape to galley. The kitchen is approximately 4m x 4m. I'm looking for a qualified, experienced, gas certified plumber to alter the pipe work to/from my boiler. This project will be made up of four parts/stages. 1. Change the gas and mains water supply to my boiler to run across the ceiling, instead of along the top of the wall. 2. Remove old defunct lead pipes that were left in place when the pipe work was changed to copper, 20 years ago. Happy to discuss options here. 3. Change the cold and hot water services from the boiler to the kitchen and bathroom to run across the ceiling instead of behind where the current kitchen base units (shown in picture) are located. 4. Alter current waste water pipe work to accomodate new layout and either be hidden with pipework chased in to the wall and/or connecting to bathroom waste water on the otherside of the wall. I've broken the works in to four parts as other works will need to be carried out in between each part. As this presents multiple challenges. I'm looking for the following at this stage: A gas certified plumber that can provide valid certification details. Evidence of insurance that covers this type of work. Airtasker's insurance is not sufficient for this level of work. Willing to come out for an initial survey, to understand the details of each of the stages. This job is for the survey only. I'm happy to pay for an hour or two of your time to run through the different parts of the job, in person, to fully explain the current setup, the required changes and get any feedback on options or potential issues. Hello, I have two cabinet doors for a boiler cabinet that need to be made to measure ASAP. 1 x 455mm x 1825mm (shaker style with slat or cane webbing detail on the top half for ventilation) and 1x 455mm x 910mm (shaker style). Both in white and handles with be supplied. Current edging of the cupboard may need sanding to fit the doors neatly. We’re based in North London. Please see photos

Looking for a skilled carpenter with immaculate attention to detail and good sense of space to build a custom box around my boiler pipes. It's not just one level as the drying rack needs to fit underneath. I would like it built in knot free pine wood which I can later stain, which you will need to supply. Boiler was making wheezing noises for a while during the winter and now the flame does not start.

Hi there, Our DRAYTON digistat that links to our room heating isn't really working. It does turn and heats up the heaters but then randomly turns off, we think it's on some weird settings. We also need someone to help us knock back our toilet seat into place, it seems that one of the spriggots has come a bit loose and we need to knock it back in. The final thing is that we need someone to help us hook up our water filter. It is something we can do ourselves but would be good to have some help. Thanks! Happy new year
