I need a qualified heating engineer/electrician to replace an existing Google Nest thermostat (with Heat Link) with a tado Wireless Smart Thermostat Starter Kit V3+ with Hot Water Control, plus install a tado Smart Radiator Thermostat 4‑Pack (WiFi add‑on valves) for multi‑room control.

My combination boiler is not working. I would like someone with No Call Out Charges to come and have a look at it and find out if it can be fixed and fix it.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!

Hi, I need a qualified plumber to fix a leak on the cold-water inlet pipe to my boiler. It’s the white PVC section next to the unit. I’ve put some teflon tape on it as a temporary fix, but the elbow or the whole pipe section needs replacing. I’d also like the boiler service done at the same time.

Need a full boiler inspection and certification and any repairs or tinkering carried out so it's running efficiently for winter.

My central heating needs to top up daily to get the pressure to get it working. We are certain there is a leak in the system. The pipes are in the floor and need someone to find this leak. I need a plumber who can detect leak in my radiator pipe which is buried in the floor and repair this leak.

We have a bathroom cabinet which has lights built in. It looks to be all wired in correctly. We’ve tried replacing the bulbs but it is still not working. Would also like a shaver power port installed if possible. We have also purchased a new heating system tado, but it requires power to the compartment the boiler is stored in. There is currently a cable running there so I believe they just needs to be a new socket added.

We have been having issues with our boiler. The latest boiler engineer said that the issues could be caused by the build up of bird droppings falling onto the external boiler flue and stopping air getting into the boiler. Therefore we would like someone to come and clear/clean the flue, which is about 10' off the ground in the alleyway next to our flat (which is ground floor/basement). We have a step ladder which I think would be high enough, but you may wish to bring your own ladder.

Mechanical valve stuck / ceased. Honeywell 2 port valve. Needs fixing or replacing. We have heat upstairs (valve 2) but no heat downstairs (valve 1)a. Electrician has confirmed power is going to/from boiler and thermostat and the valve is the issue.
