Boiler supplies hot water to radiators upstairs and underfloor heating downstairs. UFH downstairs has been working well for 2 years and recently had a 2 port valve replaced. The UFH is not kicking starting when the stats are turned up.

My combination boiler is not working. I would like someone with No Call Out Charges to come and have a look at it and find out if it can be fixed and fix it.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!

My central heating needs to top up daily to get the pressure to get it working. We are certain there is a leak in the system. The pipes are in the floor and need someone to find this leak. I need a plumber who can detect leak in my radiator pipe which is buried in the floor and repair this leak.

We have a bathroom cabinet which has lights built in. It looks to be all wired in correctly. We’ve tried replacing the bulbs but it is still not working. Would also like a shaver power port installed if possible. We have also purchased a new heating system tado, but it requires power to the compartment the boiler is stored in. There is currently a cable running there so I believe they just needs to be a new socket added.
