Hot water stopped working consistently. Works every now and then.

The water on my valiant boiler is low so there’s no hot water. It’s something i normally can myself, unfortunately I’m currently out of town and the hit water is needed.

We need someone to check why we have no hot water before 8am every morning & supply/fit new spotlights in house approx 15 new ones

We have a fully functioning Tado smart heating system around the house. One bedroom Tado thermostat is continuously failing to connect or work, despite completely changing it twice.

Mitsubishi inverter air conditioning is leaking. I think there must be some thing blocking the PVC drain pipe from flushing the water outside. Need help fixing the leak possibly by pouring some mixture or sucking it via a vacuum.

My Sage Dual Boiler is overheating - the display registers over 100C (it's meant to stop at 93C), and the top gets extremely hot.

I have this portable air conditioner that I need serviced maybe a filter changed

I have a portable air-conditioner, I brought from Brunei last year. Aifa model PA-T13-410. It worked well until this year, one day it could not be turned on. No response whatsoever. Tried plugging it to a different wall socket and bought a new adapter (because my aircond plug is different than the UK plug) but still no response. I tried draining water from outlets but no water came out. I tried cleaning the air filters, but still no response. I seek your kind assistance to look into this if it can be fixed, please provide a quote or if you sell a portable air-conditioner.

You must be a plumber or a heating engineer. Boiler diagnosis completed as follows below and need someone to replace both parts. Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire. The appliance was displaying the fault code shown in the photographs provided. I referred to the manufacturer's instructions, which identify this fault as relating to the gas valve. I then contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm, and they advised that the fault is associated with the gas valve and ignition electrodes, with replacement of these components being the recommended course of action. The active fault codes displayed on the front of the boiler provide a clear indication of the fault condition being detected by the appliance, and the manufacturer has confirmed that these codes relate to the gas valve and ignition electrodes.

There’s a gap beneath my boiler that needs to be covered as it’s a possible entry point for mice. The pest control company has asked for a Perspex sheet to built and siliconed in place around the boilers paperwork. Would need to be custom fitted and make w a jigsaw. Thanks

Hi, I’m looking for a professional decorator or handyman to repair and repaint water-damaged walls in the common stairwell area of my apartment in NW3 London. There was previously a leak from my boiler (faulty ball valve), but this has now been fixed and the area is drying out properly. The walls currently have: • Brown water staining • Flaking / bubbling paint • Some minor plaster damage • Light mould in one lower corner I want the job done properly so the staining doesn’t come back through. The job likely requires: • Scraping back all loose paint • Treating any mould • Sealing with stain-blocking primer (e.g. Zinsser) • Filling / patch plaster repair where needed • Sanding smooth • Repainting (white/neutral to match existing) This is in a stairwell so access may require care (not very high ceilings but awkward angles). I would love a quote for a Boiler Timer replacement for my 1 bed flat. The boiler itself works fine, but it has to be turned on and off manually. The existing timer attached to the water heater switch is completely unresponsive - it does not display anything or respond to my attempts to reset. I have been operating the water heater manually since I moved in but would like to install a new digital timer so that I can program water heating automatically and easily. The boiler only affects hot water as my radiator system is electric. I would prefer this job to be completed in one visit so would like the replacement timer to be sourced by yourselves in advance or to be given guidance on which to order in advance so that it is ready to install on the same day as your visit.
