Issues to Investigate 1. Heating System Operation * The issue is the two independent heating systems are unable to operate independently. Although the radiators can provide heat alone, only the UFH kicks in once the radiators are in operation. I want the downstairs UGH loop to operate independently. I presume this is a wiring fault as the 2 point valve was replaced last year. This was a problem last year that was fixed but has returned. * Check for any circulation, balancing or control issues. 2. System Efficiency and General Condition * Assess whether the heating system is configured appropriately for a house with concrete-floor UFH and upstairs radiators. * Check boiler flow temperature and control settings. * Highlight any maintenance or repairs required.

Toaster turn one, lever says down and all the correct lights come on but heating element does not work

i have a combi boiler with 2 heating systems - an underfloor system downstairs and regular rads upstairs. the boiler is working fine and the downstairs underfloor system is functioning perfectly - while the upstairs thermostat suddenly stopped fully functioning. the thermostat itself if FINE (it's been checked by a handyman i had here on a different job) - but somehow the connection to the thermostat has suddenly failed and thus the heating upstairs won't switch on. there is a linked thermostat to the boiler (which is downstairs) ... it seems to me something has most likely failed in the electrical connection.

I need the two missing hinges replaced on the front flap of a Worcester Greenstar combi boiler in a rented flat. It's a quick job: the flap just needs reattaching securely so it opens and closes properly. What I need: 1. I have a large old-fashioned boiler in my studio flat, which heats the hot water for the flat as well as the heating. It needs to be bled as the hot water has dropped off - this usually happens when any work takes place in the building water system, and air ends up getting trapped in the flat boiler. I have included a photo of a similar type of boiler to the one in the flat. Same issue has happened before, and it is a quick fix just bleeding the extra air is needed (took only a few minutes for a plumber to do it last time)

Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire. The appliance was displaying the fault code shown in the photographs provided. I referred to the manufacturer's instructions, which identify this fault as relating to the gas valve. I then contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm, and they advised that the fault is associated with the gas valve and ignition electrodes, with replacement of these components being the recommended course of action. The active fault codes displayed on the front of the boiler provide a clear indication of the fault condition being detected by the appliance, and the manufacturer has confirmed that these codes relate to the gas valve and ignition electrodes.
