Portable air conditioning repair

My new Haier KY-35/J portable air conditioner is making loud noise when turned on, I want to know if any part of is faulty but can be fixed or it is normal.

I need help replacing my existing shower kit. The thermostatic mixer has failed but because a replacement isn’t available for that component, I need to replace the whole kit (valve, rigid riser etc) with a new one I have already purchased. Attached are photos of the existing kit and of the replacement.

My boiler keeps tripping the electricity every time I turn it on, so I’ve had to switch it off completely. Unfortunately, this means I don’t have any hot water at the moment.

Primarily, the boiler needs serving. It's working and does the job but hasn't been serviced recently so needs doing. The mains water stopcock has developed a leak and that needs sorting and cleaning. Additionally, the radiators throughout the flat are sporadic and have a mind of their own, sometimes coming on when not needed and failing to come on when they are needed in spite of automatic timing controls on the boiler. This may be a thermostat control issue. Would like this diagnosed and fixed. Rads also need bleeding every now and then which I would like resolved.

Airconditioner unit has stopped working buttons all working but flashing the wifi symbol tried connecting and reconnecting cleaning the filters its all empty and still its not blowing air

The thermostat of the towel heater has broken off and the thermostat is no longer working without it.

Carpenter or handy person to box in boiler pipes in the kitchen

Bought the house recently and thinking of redoing the flooring upstairs so thought that it might be worth also moving the boiler. The boiler is in one of the rooms upstairs and we want to move it down to the kitchen. From research I saw that moving boilers may impact the flooring so I'm thinking of doing it both now to save money and time. Also, from my understanding the boiler is combi-boiler but I can confirm once I move in. For now I'm looking for quotes.

I’ve bought a portable air conditioner (electriQ EcoSilent 10,000 BTU) and need help installing the exhaust through my window. It will arrive next Saturday. My window only opens a small amount, so I’m pretty sure the standard window kit won’t work. I’m looking for someone who can make and fit a removable panel (clear acrylic, polycarbonate or another suitable material) that: * Fits neatly into the window opening. * Has a circular hole for the air conditioner exhaust hose (approx. 150 mm). * Seals the gaps well so hot air doesn’t come back into the room. * Can be removed when I’m not using the air conditioner. I’ve attached photos of the window and can provide the dimensions once the air conditioner arrives. I’d like this completed July 12/13th please. Please quote including materials and labour.
